Playback doesn't start. No errors in logs

Server Version#: 1.30.1.6562
Player Version#: 1.30.1.6562

Want to start a playback on webclient on Chrome (Version 109.0.5414.87 (Official Build) (arm64)). But unfortunately, video is not playing and no errors in logs. Just debug messages. Any ideas how I can fix it?

Step one, turn off verbose logging. With that enabled you only get a couple minutes of logs. Restart the server, and attempt to recreate the issue, then post your server logs.

Is it solved bro? I’m having the same problem. The server starts for a while and then it doesn’t play on all clients, the logs don’t have any error messages.

Need full logs to know if something’s even broken. Sorry

( When it fails to start, after a minute, STOP PMS. manually make a tar.gz of the Logs directory and attach here)

I think I’ve solved it, for me it was the windows defender that was causing File Explorer to get stuck, so I added both the software path and the media path to the exclusion list and now everything is fine
