"Playback Error: An error occurred loading items into the play queue" when casting from Android Plex

Server Version#: 4.87.2 (and older versions)
Player Version#: All Samsung Tizen versions of Plex app
Android version: All versions of Plex app

I have 2x Samsung Tizen TVs (circa 2020/2021) which exhibit the same problem.
Both TVs play everything without issue if the TVs user interface is used.
Both TVs produce the following error, if the Android Plex App connects to the TV devices and a film is chosen on the Android app to play on the TVs:
Playback Error An error occurred loading items into the play queue
