Playback Error - An error occurred loading items into the play queue

Server Version#:1.24.0.4930
Player Version#:5.10.0, platform version 4

App was updated and receive this error when selecting any video to play. I can browse all libraries from app, just won’t play anything.

Maybe the issue with the latest software update, is my media network is offline all the time because we do not have internet access available - located on a cargo ship, only have internet access when docked.

Does the app now have to be connected to internet to play files?

Oh! Almost made it to the 90 day auto-close topic mark! Without a response at all? Sounds about right for this particular “support” forum…Do yourself a favor and just uninstall Plex and never look back.
