I have the Plex app on two TVs (both Samsungs) and a number of other devices. One of the TVs (a newer Samsung) the app loads and plays movies provided by Plex but doesn’t play movies I’ve loaded into Plex. All other device work perfectly. I’ve unplugged the TV twice, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, tried logining out and back in, no luck
I’m at a loss as to what else to try… I’d provide the information requested below but not sure where to find it.
