I’m also having this same issue, on a plex pass server running in docker. I’ll be taking a backup of the broken(?) db today, before I try adapting the above referenced rebuild scripts to attempt repair. Plex engineers can reach out to me for a copy of the DB.
Update, repaired my DB with the above referenced script.
Have my backup of DB pre-fix in gdrive available to share.
In the script I posted on Reddit, I added a database backup. So everyone running those should have a corrupted database backup.
But as others have mentioned, these are already provided to the Plex team so I don’t think that’s the issue. As to providing logs: the logs are about two lines. Even with debug logs enabled. I’ve even tried to debug the application before trying to rebuild the table a bit, but I don’t have enough knowledge in that field to have came up with something useful.
April 2026. The issue is still there. My client is Android TV OS 14.
I noticed that a failing track starts to play immediately after I play it in my browser. That also fixes the connection for other tracks in the album.
It’s a shame the product owner does not seem to care about bug fixing.
