Playback Error App cannot direct play this item

Player Version#:7.0.7.7661-cc543783a-Plex

Getting errors running some but not all .avi files on Roku TV. Also getting error “This Server is not powerful enough to convert video”. One particular file in question is a lower bitrate AVI versus a higher bitrate MKV file.

Any thoughts on AVI files having issues with PMS?

Do you have video transcoding disabled on server? or do you have direct play or direct stream disabled on roku
