Keep getting Playback Error that wasn't happening before

Player Version#: Plex for Roku 6.9.12.7411-08dc87cc9-Plex
On two of my Roku devices that both have the same version I keep getting a Playback Error after about a third into anything I watch that says “The server was not powerful enough to convert this video for smooth playback.” I have no idea why this is happening now and not a year ago when I started using Plex. Nothing being watched is above 1080p x265, no new hardware has been installed and none of the settings on either Roku has been changed to cause this error as far as I know. Is there any common reasons this might be happening or is this some kind of bug that’s showing up now with the latest versions of Plex? Any ideas?
