These appear to be logs from the server. Also I don’t see a download in them.
We really need the client logs and the logs from the server embedded in it. Basically, both of the logs from https://support.plex.tv/articles/windows-mac-app-logs/ in the sections Logs from Plex for Windows, Mac, or Linux and Logs Related to Downloads
I am not sure why it works now. When my son was here he downloaded the file and deleted it then redownload the TV show I was trying to get 3 different times. Then a few days later I tried again and they would not play. A couple of days ago I deleted the TV files again and downloaded each episode individually. I did not get the error and it played. So I deleted all those files and try to download the complete season, and it worked fine. Still have no idea why it was doing it, but that problem that is working now. Just the file size is my only problem now
I’m not able to identify any bugs regarding the download size. Ask your son if he has placed any upload limits on his server. That will override your Download setting.
Ok, I Will Do that. I did change the quality to maximum and it did not make a difference. I downloaded the same movie and at 10mbps 1080p and maximum the size was 287 Mb. The original size was 3.26GB
Yeah, something is limiting the Download to 1 Mbps. The only thing I could think is that it’s your son’s server limiting this. I could not find any evidence or reproduce the Desktop app being the cause.

My Son asked me to send this to you:
I can’t find any setting to fix it. Quality is set to maximum. Is it the transcoder? That is set to automatic. Can you let me know where to find this setting?
