No Matter which channel I select I get the playback error. Restarting Plex, the machine, the Tuner Card doesn’t help. I’ve checked device Manager to make sure tuner card appears. It does work in the default WinTV app.

I’m running into the same issue. I’ve confirmed my driver is fine and the tuner works fine with other software. But seems recently it stopped working on Plex. I presume due to a recent update of PMS. If I restart Plex it does seem to work for a moment and then I get the error again.

Player Version#: Browser and Roku

I rolled back my PMS to version: 1.20.1.3252 and no I am no longer having issues with the play back error for my WinTV tuner.
