I recently added a new library to my PMS (using same settings as other libraries) and nothing will play (in this library only, other libraries are not affected). I immediately get the following error code with any title under this new library:
I will say I have tried the following:
-Removing the folder, re-adding the folder to PMS and re-scanning in the library.
-Checked compatibility of files (all files are in MP4 format)
-Checked naming of files
*Another thing I noticed about this newly added library is that some of the files did not get “complete” metadata when scanned in- (i.e.- description, synopsis, actors, etc., showed up, but no artwork, although the metadata source has artwork.)
SOLUTION: I removed the library from PMS, then removed the folder in Windows, made a new folder, moved files to that newly created folder, re-added library back to PMS, and they all now work. What a real pain in the ass!!
