Unable to add new libraries or modify existing ones

I have been attempting to add a library to my PMS for about a week without any success. I am running PIA VPN and enabling/disabling has no effect on my ability to add/modify libraries. I did unfortunately figure out that I am still able to delete libraries.

When attempting to add/modify a library, I am unable to select a language and this is where I am at an impasse. I have attempted to uninstall PMS and reinstall with no effect. I have attempted to update the server, optimized my database, and refreshed all metadata.

PMS logs is showing an error when finding a specific file/folder in C drive and I am unsure if this is related to me having my video files on a different drive.



What file is it looking for? Does that file exist? Sounds like its looking for a needed system file and not finding it. If so, you can try downloading the same version from the website then do a repair install. See if that puts the missing file back.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the latest version. I had done this a few times over the past few weeks without success in fixing my problem. Today, I did the same thing and it is magically fixed!
