Running Raspberry Pi 4 4gb, it gives a Playback Error when I’m trying to play anything.
Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up.

It appears you have ASS subtitles? ASS is converted to SRT.
The transcoder is failing during this conversion. It cannot write the SRT file.

I tried to disable subtitle but I get “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.”

It looks like your remote is failing you.
