Player Version#: 3.83.2 Win 7 PC
When attempting to display video or play mp3 music on Win 7 I get a “Playback error” message. The libraries open correctly, the files are visible, but the playback fails.
I have Flex server running on Synology NAS. My LG TV app can play the same video and music, my Win 10 PC can play the same video and music, but the Win 7 machine fails. Why?
As an aside, the Win 7 machine can display jpg images perfectly.
This occured after a Plex Player upgrade. I am almost positive it was not a problem before the upgrade.
