PMP Win10 playback error on one client, other client is running fine

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081
Plex Media Player Version#: 4.29.2

Hi folks, i require your help as I am stuck.

Plex Media Player cannot play any any visual content anymore. It was working yesterday evening.

when hit the play button it tells me playback error.

Did uninstalling PMP
Restart win 10
Did delete the folder under local apps
restart win 10
Did restart the server
reinstalled PMP
Restart win 10
→ still same behavior

win10 and plex server are in the same network, however fallback to insecure connection is activated

btw. I have another pc with win 10 and same PMP version and it runs just fine.

Any idea on how to fix?

the other client failed to play this morning as well.

i really hope someone can help.
