Playback Error There are no playable items

Player Version#:Roku

Suddenly most of my movies say “Playback Error There are no playable items” when I attempt to play. Metadata is all fine. I can browse to the file on the hard drive and play it no problem.

How do I fix this?

Also why doesn’t Plex have customer service to help resolve these issues?

BTW, I’ve already tried re-installing the plex server from scratch.
