Hello my name is Richard
I am a bit of a newbie to all this but had this all up and running but have not used it for months but now when i go to play a movie it plays 1 trailer but then throws up this playback error , sometimes some different movies will work but most won’t .
I could not find where the player version is, hope i given what you need and if not please ask.

I have since found a correlation, the trailers are working because they are .mp4 files while the movie that i have found to work are .mp4 while movies that don’t work are .mkv
Update, i have since found out that all .mkv files works in my samsung tv app but not on my windows 10 edge browser
