Im not 100% sure which segment of logs I should post. This issue happens for myself (via the web player, direct from the server, across apple products, android, PlayStation, Xbox ect and all of my remote users who access my server. So, i know its not a client issue, its def something on my server i need to address/clear.
Basically the default PLAY TRAILER that comes up when you select a movie used to work and play movies no issue. Recently this feature (from my server) no longer loads the trailers.
The errors vary from “unexpected error” to “connection closed” , “playback failed” or, no error at all, the screen just tried to load indefinitely.
If someone can direct me to a location that may show where this failure is store in a log, I can share it. Or, if there’s a quick fix to remove or rebuilt some type of database, i can try that.
Im running Unraid 6.11.1 with the most recent plex docker. All other features work. No playback issues on the movies at all and all the metadata appears correct. its JUST the feature where we want to watch a tailer for a movie and they dont load for anyone across any device for any movie on my server.
