Same issue here.
That was an issue more than a year ago.
I tried everything, factory reset of NAS and router.
Google DNS … and so on. Nothing helps.
I use a Synology as Plex Media Server. Mac and Windows. I have a HD HomeRun Connect Duo. But it also have happened with my Octopus Net C2.
