Playback error

Running on Synology DS718+

was working fine fo a week
now everytime I get : PLAYBACK ERROR - PLEASE CHECK THAT THE FILE EXISTS AND THE NECCESARY DRIVE IS MOUNTED.

I dont know what setting is not correct, I have checked everything, I am frustrated as hell !!

I have another question, issue, I hope you can direct me in the right direction also.

I purchased HD Homerun tuner, and I can see it when I am on PLEX in a computer, under LIVE TV & DVR , but when I bring up PLEX in my smart TV (Samsung) that option is NOT visible at all.
