All works fine before i buy plex pass
when i try play video now i got error Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted

i use plex server on my synology nas ver: 1.21.0-3744
dsm version : 7.0-41222
nas model : DS918+
i try to play video with browser [launchning on package center plex app link ] local network - same error
i try to download and install new version on pc and got same error
try with phone on celular or wifi local - same error

i try to add new folder but server cant see files on my disk
try to asing new permisions for plex but got same error

i try change a lot of things :slight_smile: later but no one help

after open system internal user permisions i saw its empty
why hapen this i cant understand when anable it problem is gone
