Playback issue with some mpeg2 recording

Using beta player 6.13.0.3418

Recording from WPTZ 5.2 CW (720p 59.94fps mpeg2), playback is jerky. Strange things is that the server detects it as 720i. The playback is ok in PMP on Windows and in Kodi on the same Shield.
