Player Version#: 9.13.1.36459 have tried beta and regular app, no difference
Hi all, I have a TV show which consistently plays with a green line down the middle on every episode, and a movie which simply says An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again. This has happened in the past and I’ve messed with all the quality and encoding settings found referenced on various Google searches and never been able to fix it. Oddly, this issue only ever affects my Sony TV, I’ve never found media that doesn’t play perfectly in my browser or on my Android phone.
Looking at the logs there doesn’t seem to be any warnings or errors that explain this. Any ideas what could be causing it?
