Windows OS - Playback stops sporadically for all users randomly

I uploaded the most recent log for troubleshooting assistance (deleted most of the entries prior to the error being re-created). The playback error happened at approximately 10:13 AM.

Long story short, I’ve had my server with no issues for the last 5 or so years, and last year I upgraded the hardware and did a full migration with no issues… Since the last month or so, anytime anyone plays a video, it just stops playing and you have to re-start playback. Happens on iOS, Desktop, Android, and Chromecast… I am not sure if it’s related to content that’s being transcoded vs direct play… will find out more if the error isn’t obvious in the logs. You cut out too much. The error just indicates something timedout. The actual cause would have been much earlier.
