Playback media error - from NAS drive

I am running NAS Storage on Synology and Plex media server on MiniPC(i9). I am getting the following error while playing the video media.

  1. Synology Media Library is on mounted on MiniPC as Z drive. While accessing the media encountering the attached error.
  2. Apple TV 4K - Plex player

Playback Stopped

Something went wrong playing your media. Please try again.
Could not direct play because: App cannot direct play this item. No direct play video profile exists for protocol http, with container mov, video codec hevc, and audio codec apac.
Could not transcode because:
Cannot convert this item.
Implementation for audio decoder
‘apac’ not found.

Same issue here. Occurs when trying to play personal videos uploaded to the photos area within plex.

still same.. what I noticed mp4 formats are played w/o any issue.. while .mov format has above issue.. specially the videos shot on ios or higher resolution whic
