I'm running Plex Server V 0.9.11.16 for Windows with an Xbox One as a client. My library consists of my DVD's and BluRay discs (.MKV container) along with a few recordings made with a Hauppauge HD-PVR (h.264 video in TS format)
When I play back the HD-PVR recordings, I get stuttering along with a flashing green screen. If I choose a lower quality (forcing transcoding) it looks fine. If I play the file with the built in xbox media player app (through the Plex DLNA server), it looks ok. BluRay's and DVD's play back at max resolution.

I just wanted to follow up to make sure you didn't think we had forgotten about you... We've been investigating the issue and believe it's a potential bug in Plex Media Server. The sample file has been handed over to that team and they are investigating to see what is causing it. We've been able to reproduce this same issue on other Plex clients, e.g. Plex for Android.
Thanks for your patience, hopefully we will get this resolved soon
I’m not sure when this was fixed, but it had been working fine until the xbox one forced an app update today. The files start playing for a second or two then go all green once again.
