I’ve only been using a tuner (WinTV-dualHD) for a few weeks, and have really only watched recorded shows a handful of times, but it WAS working great… Until now (I’m guessing after the most recent upgrade of the server and/or client - not sure which).
As of yesterday, I found that when I try to view a recorded show on my Amazon Fire HD8 tablet, it immediately crashes Plex and restarts. Admittedly, this is an underpowererd tablet and old version of Android. So I switched back to my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8), and observed the same behavior. I press “Play” or “Resume” and Plex dies and restarts. Again, this isn’t the most current phone (and Android 9.x), but it is quite capable, and was working fine until yesterday.
I am able to watch the same program on my NVidia Shield Pro (2019) without crashing. Also, live broadcast seems to work fine on my phone.
Is anybody else experience crashes when viewing recorded shows on the latest versions?
