My invited friend says that he can see my video library. When he tries to play a video he hears audio but no video is seen. He says that sometimes there will be a blurry image on his screen if he jumps to a random point in the video but it’s a static image. I can see on the server that the video that he is trying to watch under “now playing” is constantly “buffering”. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

My NAS: Synology DS220+ (Plex Media Server was installed from the Package Center)
My router: Motorola (Cable Modem plus Router) MG7310
My router settings:
WAN Blocking: enabled
PPTP PassThrough: enabled
Multicast: enabled
UPnP: enabled
Primary Network Bridged: disabled
Plex server settings:
PLEX WEB → Quality
Internet Streaming Video quality is set to “Maximum”
SETTINGS → Remote Access
Internet upload speed is set to 4 Mbps
Limit remote stream bitrate is set to “Original (No limit”
“Fully accessible outside your network”
