yea man, it’s too tedious to look at different networking parameters in router configuration.
Hi again Folks
After much research and so much stuffing around that I cannot believe I just fell across the solution to my issue and there is already at least one thread here dealing with it!
One word: NORDVPN.
Even though I am not running the VPN app there is still a Service called NordVPN-service which was starting automatically when I boot my PC. I was not aware of the service until I just happened to check by chance! As soon as I stopped it my PC and PMS became visibIe locally. YAY!!!
Worth checking if you run a VPN I guess

Neither my VPN nor my HyperV adapters connect automatically but still the playback is indirect.
@tom80H @derkleia Yayy! Problem finally solved by just simply removing all the HyperV dependencies like completely removing pi node and docker (you might not necessarily remove those to get a work-around but that’s what I did as I thought they rely on HyperV and might cause issues in future) from my pc including the adapter itself from the network adapters (in dev. mgr.). Why the hell didn’t I think of it before!? ![]()

Well done!
Seems it’s also these background or related processes that we are not aware of that can impact Plex. I had no idea Nord used a Service that ran all the time.
All good now!
