I’ve never had an issue with Plex until i purchased the Plex pass. now i get this message through out my TV’s and ipads.

indirect playback you are not directly connected to this server so streaming quality may be limited. you may be able to connect directly by changing you home network settings.

i am not try to play any thing out of my network. i have disabled the firewall on my windows machine. remote access check mark is green.

please help the most i can get is under quality when playing the movie is 480p and movie is 1080p

please help.
