Mine appears to be resolved, looks like it was a corrupted database. Just wish someone would have pointed me in that direction. I don’t know if that’s what the real issue was, but rebuilding it helped.
The fact that nobody from support spoke up is what bothers me.
As an organization, their support team has never been what one would call good. But flat out ignoring issues is getting old. If it was their data harvesting that was having an issue that would have been an all hands on deck emergency. But people they already have their money from they don’t care anymore. It’s all about selling data and ads now from their streaming, not customers with private libraries.
