Playback Stuttering

I am running Plex Media Server on a Mac Mini
Processor: 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
Memory: 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
MacOS: 15.3.2 (24D81)

My server was running perfectly for a few years. The playback stuttering started about a week ago. I tested almost everything to isolate the issue without success.

  1. I used a different broadband connection
  2. I used different players (MacBook, iPad, iPhone)
  3. I even used the web player on the mac mini server itself

I got playback stuttering when viewing from the server’s web browser player, which implies the problem is from the hardware or the software side.

Please help

Also having this issue on the TrueNAS version 1.1.19. It is running on a pretty powerful server.

64 GB DDR4
