I used to be able to control playback volume by iPad mini and iPhone 6s but this seems to have stopped working

HI my understanding is that you are running the latest version of our app but what version of iOS are on your devices. We have been trying to reproduce this today but have not been able to with iOS 9.21 on the same devices you have.

Using Plex on iPad mini and iPhone 6s - on starting a new session, the volume is set at last used I guess, but the volume “bar” is at zero and if I adjust volume, it reverts to zero, requiring increase to listen. This blights the first few seconds of listening. Secondly, after around 1 minute 20 seconds, the sound “disappears” and returns after about five seconds, consistently. Not a problem on extended listening sessions, but odd and annoying…
