Player Experience for WD NAS for Auto Intro Skip

I’ve seen the features post about Player Experience (https://forums.plex.tv/t/player-experience/857990) that includes auto skip (titles and credits, amongst other things), but when is it coming to WD NAS or Plex Web (neither are listed and I cant find Player Experience in my settings). I’m looking for the auto skip intros feature.
