Player missed function - change seeking time

Hi, I’m kinda new here - I was suggested by a friend to check this out and in total it looks really nice, but my main problem is when I watch it via my android-tv streamer (tv -box) and try to seek forward or back in a movie/tv show and the time jump in 30 seconds!
Meaning, if I miss a word that someone says and want to go a few seconds back, I can’t.
I exactly need it while watching foreign content,
It would be a BIG help if we could control the duration of the time skip every time we press forward/backward (like choosing from 1sec to… whatever).

As for now, can’t use this on my tv box :\

Seeking is 30 seconds forwards and 10 seconds backwards. Unfortunately, it is unlikely to change.

30 seconds is for the tv box, 10 seconds is for the website.

Anyway, this is cricuial for me and my kids…
Can you tell why you dont think it will be changed?
Its not a hard to code change. Just giving the users the option to control it.

Yes, Android TV is 30 Seconds forwards but 10 seconds when going backwards. It’s unlikely to change right now but doesn’t mean it never will. Other than that I can’t comment on the why and how. But I would also like to have control over it.
