Players can't load content from server (no errors in logs...)

Server Version#: 1.28.1.6104
Player Version#: 4.89.1 (desktop), 9.6.3.34515 (Android Pixel 3a), 9.6.2.34353 (Android Asus Zen Pad 3s)
Hardware / Software : Intel NUC (NUC8i7HNK - Core i7-8705G) with Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS + Qnap (‎TS-231P2)

Hello,

Since a power failure, my server is not working properly.
The content doesn’t load anymore (loading data from a movie for example)

I don’t see any error in the logs.
Plex Media Server Logs_2022-08-22_02-33-54.zip (4.8 MB)

The system (Ubuntu) seems to be ok. It is up to date and Plex server has been updated several times.
The only thing I notice, from the command line status, is maybe a high memory (12 GB) and CPU (3h07min) usage after 4 days since the last reboot.

To solve this problem, I have to restart the server. Sometimes the problem disappears by itself…

Do I have to reinstall my server ?

Thanks for your help !

Please upload a set of server log files.

Attach the entire zip file to the thread.

It’s done.
I have edit my post with :
Plex Media Server Logs_2022-08-22_02-33-54.zip

FYI you have enabled Verbose logging which makes debugging harder.

I have uncheck logging verbose in the settings. Thanks for this tips.

Here a new export :

I have restart plexmediaserver service and the content was able to load a few minutes later

Verbose is still enabled. You need to restart Plex Media Server when lowering the logging level (Verbose → Debug). The need for a restart was added a few months back.

When you mentioned a power failure, I was concerned about database corruption. However, there are no SQLITE errors in the log files.

There are 3000+ network change messages in the log files.
From Plex Media Server.log:

Aug 22, 2022 03:23:59.906 [0x7f0a26547b00] DEBUG - NetworkInterface: received Netlink message len=64, type=RTM_NEWLINK, flags=0x0

Aug 22, 2022 03:23:59.906 [0x7f0a26547b00] DEBUG - Network change.
Aug 22, 2022 03:23:59.906 [0x7f0a26547b00] DEBUG - NetworkInterface: Notified of network changed (force=0)
Aug 22, 2022 03:23:59.906 [0x7f0a26547b00] DEBUG - Network change notification but nothing changed.

Please check the network connection for your server.

I cannot tell if the problem is physical (bad cable, bad switch port, etc) or a configuration issue (MTU size, etc).

Reboot the server and monitor the log files. If the situation continues, start verifying the system network configuration, swapping the Ethernet cable, etc.

It is normal to see network change messages when the server first starts, as the network interface is initialized. There should be very few afterwards.

Thanks for your help !

I just had the problem again when everything was working properly for 2 days.

Impossible to load the content or to read from my different clients (PC, smarthpone or tablet)…

The problem is still present after restarting the service

The network connection and system resources seem ok to me. This server is only used to run plex.

I restarted the server and now the problem is no longer present.
