Playing content from the Android TV homescreen fails to activate the "Refresh Rate Switch" feature

24p/23.9?? content will play at 60p/59.9?? instead.

The issue occurs both with the “Play Next” and “Plex” Android TV homescreen “channels.”

Opening the Plex app and playing from there works fine.

I’m using the Shield 2019 Pro as both server and player.

I’m using the latest version of Shield Experience (8.1.1) and the latest version of Plex server/app.
