Playing DJI 4K files without constant problems via Roku Plex App

Please suggest what are likely issues for me to investigate why any computer can play my 4K files but when I try to use the Plex App via ROKU and attempt to play same DJI-4K/mp4 file the player frequently has to stop?

a few other key metrics/data points: all my hardware is for 1GB or better, hardwired from server to 1GB+ hub, server is a Xeon(R) W-2133 @3.6GHz with Radeon Pro WX7100 with server settings set for Make It Hurt and Hardware acceleration on… just 1 user

I attempted to find similar articles or reports, any others that you can refer me too?
