Playing media in browser fails but works on phone

Hello,

I am having an issue which might be related to the TLS Certificate Transition.
On my phone, the app works and I am able to play the media.
On my computer, on Firefox or on Edge, the media does not play. It stays in an infinite buffering stage and never starts. There is no error raised on the interface.
On my computer, with the Plex app, same as the phone, it’s working.

In the logs, there is no error. But one debug log caught my eye: CERT: incomplete TLS handshake with the IP of my desktop computer.

I have no idea why my server suddenly stopped working. Just in case, I updated everything I could:

  • TrueNas jail is running 13.0
  • Plex is running 1.30.1.6497

But that was not enough, and I don’t know how to fix this one.

EDIT: It does not work either via cast from the phone App to a Google Chromecast.
