Playing media on the plexmediaserver host

Trying to figure out why when I browse to my localhost plex media server (via plex.tv since I have multiple servers on my account) it’s showing as “indirect” and I’m rate-limited to 2.0Mbps. It’s localhost.

I have my networks set (192.168.0.0/16, 127.0.0.1) and have it set so that anything coming from my router is treated as LAN, and it’s still not working.

I browse to http://plex.tv and I see both my local servers, BOTH of them showing Indirect. (this used to work)

Any suggestions would be helpful.
