Is there no way to turn play music and then select a photo album for viewing as a slideshow with the music playing in a “background”?
I’ve tried selecting the music first and the photos first with no success. If I start the music first, I can navigate to the photo album I want and the music continues to play. As soon as I select a specific picture or select any shuffle option, the music turns off and the photos start.
No answers? Shame, I want to do this too!
Maybe Plex isn’t as good as Windows Media Center…
I’m also very interested in this. I’ve done the exact same steps as the original post…also with no success.
This is definitely an app feature that is on our roadmap!
I guess no more news on this? I was hoping the latest update would include this, but I see this still doesn’t work. Would be a perfect way to play a slideshow with music at a family birthday party or baby shower.
