Having an issue with playlists. I have created and granted access to users for a couple of playlists from the admin account.
These are home users.
When they connect via web client, the playlists are accessible.
When they connect via clients (ios, windows, android-tv, fire-tv, roku), the playlists are not visible.
Any suggestions on how to correct this?
Can you double-check if the section for individual shares is maybe hidden in the More section? If they’re not… try force-quitting and restarting the app.
Tried on Windows client, ios client and fire-tv client. same result.
Cleared cache
cleared data.
i can see playlists as the admin user but other home users can not see the playlists from the clients except the web client.
Just to clarify we’re talking about the same thing:
A shared playlist won’t be listed in a user’s Playlists section. Those are listed in a separate Media section.

Is this where your users are looking for the shared playlists?
Media section is not shown for users. How do we get the media section to be shown?
If it hasn’t previously been pinned to the sidebar, the section could be listed in the More section.
If it’s not showing at all, there might be some caching issue. That could be solved by quitting and restarting the app (on mobile platforms, you should force-quit the app)
