Playlist Quandary (Earn your Boy Scout Badge for Helping the Elderly)

Unfortunately, there are no commonly used meta tags, wherein you could notate the highest chart position of a track.

However, Plex does already something, to fetch the ‘popularity’ of a track from online sources when it is ingesting it into its library.
If you for instance nowadays start a “library radio”, or an “artist radio” or even simply press Play on an artist, Plex will put the highest-rated songs at the beginning of the (shuffled) play queue.

The “manual” approach is still available to you. There are ‘smart playlists’ (meaning they are self-updating) available which you could use to collect all e.g. 4 and 5-stared tracks.

See [HowTo] Create Playlists and [TIP] --- how to create an autoplaylist with random sort for inspiration.
