Noticed some minor quirks which could probably be fixed, in the Plex Web per-playlist UI.
- Several multi-select feature buttons missing from Playlist UI video multiselect, including buttons to Optimize, buttons to mass edit, and buttons to add to other playlists/categories.
- Playlist UI breaks Command/Control modifier key convention for opening hyperlinks in new Web browser tabs
