Hello, I am hoping someone here can give me an answer to a weird issue. Last week I had a problem with one of my hard drives and had to replace it with my back up. The back up is built the same way so all files fall right back into place. My shows show up, but all my playlists are empty. Is there anyway to refresh them so I don’t have to rebuild them?
Does the backup drive have the same drive letter like the old (failed) drive?
It should.

To prevent this from happening again, disable
Settings - Server - Library -‘Empty trash automatically after every scan’
You must never activate it if your media storage is not inside the Plex server device.
