When trying to play a playlist while connected to CarPlay the selected track in the playlist plays but is not followed by the next track on the playlist but the next track on the album its from. When not connected to CarPlay, the playlist tracks normally.

I can’t reproduce, how exactly are you getting to the playlist which you’re then selecting a track from?
Also, including debug logs taken right after the play might help.
After update to server version 1.26.1.5772 I’m unable to replicate the issue again, no reference to this in the release notes but seems to be working, before the update I was able to replicate on 2 devices as both a managed user and the server owner.
