Please allow setting subtitle and audio track defaults per series

Currently every episode in a series reverts to the global defaults for subtitles and audio tracks. Please allow setting them per series. A sane and painless way to do this would be that if a user sets them on one episode, that is the new default for the series.

I would love for a way to change all the default subtitles in a TV series at once. In the language settings, I have it to automatically enable subtitles if foreign audio is detected, however it sometimes displays subtitles for my purely-english shows anyways. The only way I have found to turn off subtitles is by manually going into each episode, of each season, of each TV series and selecting the drop-down subtitle box to “None”. If a TV show has 90 episodes… I have to select “None” 90 individu…
