Please add a feature to set "default language/subtitles" per series/movie

I want to request a feature to set default audio language per tv show/movie, As i have to change language and subtitles on EVERY episode i play of my anime. Highly frustrating as it defaults to english with no subs.

I would love for a way to change all the default subtitles in a TV series at once. In the language settings, I have it to automatically enable subtitles if foreign audio is detected, however it sometimes displays subtitles for my purely-english shows anyways. The only way I have found to turn off subtitles is by manually going into each episode, of each season, of each TV series and selecting the drop-down subtitle box to “None”. If a TV show has 90 episodes… I have to select “None” 90 individu…
