Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted

Just built a new PC and installed Plex Media Server. I synced and updated my new libraries fine, but after trying to play a video even from the server it says “Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”

Server Version#: Version 3.99.2
Player Version#: Version 3.99.2

Check the Plex media info of this video.
Look at the file path to see where Plex is expecting to find the file.
Then compare that to the actual drive letter and folder name where the file currently is.
It often happens with external drives that the dirve letters change after you swap drives or plug in additional drives.
You need to take extra measures to prevent that:
