I updated server, and now I receive error: “Unavailable Media. The Plex Media Server can’t find or access the file for this library item at the expected location”.
This is only the case for movies.
TV shows work fine.
I have changed nothing about files or location for either movies or TV shows.
What do I do to fix this? Thanks for your help!

Solution: I deleted the library in Plex and re-added it. And the movies now play.
If I had to take a guess, I’d say that your media files are on an external hard drive.
And this hard drive has changed its drive letter, so that now all references Plex had in its database were pointing to the wrong drive letter.
If that happens again, inspect the Plex media info of a file and look at the drive letter where it expects the file to be.
Then go and change the drive letter of your hard drive back to what it used to be.
Thanks Otto - that’s the strange thing. The video files are on my C drive (internal), so I’m not sure what happened. I got it working by deleting the library on Plex and re-adding it.
Did your internal drive get full? That can lead to corruption of the Plex database.
