Somehow I accidentally created a second account with the wrong email address. The account identity is “jsve403”. Can you delete it please?
Use a browser in incognito mode and browse to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account and logon as the account you which to delete
At the very bottom of the screen, you’ll find an option to delete the account
